Help with hallmark on mexican jewelry

I have a piece which is a pendant. It is a insect. The body is silver and the head is blue topez. It is marked on the back MORALES MEDRAND - STERLING MEXICO 925. There is a spot in the middle where you place your necklace/chain. It says - MEX in the center and around that there are letters I can't make out. This is a beautiful well crafted and designed pendant. I can show a picture if needed.
