Japanese Jungin or Chinese markings on a vessel

I'm trying to translate the markings on a vessel that I have images are attached.

I'm not sure if they're Japanese Jungin? Meiji period ? Or a combination of makers marks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to talk to a Chinese jeweler and she informed me that yes its Chinese, but it does NOT state "Made in China".

It is a phrase for best wishes and luck and likely an antique from Beijing, China area. She wasn't sure of the exact age.

Any knowledgeable help with a specific translation of the script would be appreciated.

Thank you for the input on my Chinese vessel. It did in fact test positive for pure silver. I wasn't able to get a specific translation, but at least I know that it is in fact 925 silver or greater.

Yes, it's a Chinese silver, 1910~1946. The mark on the 2nd image looks "常州老鳳祥鼎記", "常州" (Changzhou) is a city in the south of Zhejiang province (East China), "老鳳祥" is the brand name, "鼎記" is the name of the store.
