Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

Your spoon was made by Oneida for the Silver Service Club, Inc,, a division of the Empire Crafts Corporation. The name 'Nobility Plate', was registered in 1937. The pattern was called 'Royal Rose' and was in production from 1939 until 1962. The four crowns symbolise that it was quadruple plated.

Empire Crafts Corporation were one of the early party plan organisers, all of their silverware products were designed and manufactured by Oneida.
