Let me put it this way. On a authentic Russian object there must be an maker's mark. According to you there are no more marks. That means two things, either it is imported or it is a fake. Any other possibility is excluded. Where is the maker's mark? The assayer is only an official authority guaranteeing the silver fineness nothing else. According to the Imperial Russian law it was forbidden for the assayer to punch his mark if there was no maker's mark on the object. This maker's mark is the important one and at the moment there is none. That means that it is brought to the assayer by the customs or it is a fake as I already mentioned. I tend to rely on the latter one, sorry. That you are selling silver daily does not prove anything if you don't know what you are selling, sorry again.
