Hello Elena,

Could you please show us all the marks, I assume there must be a date letter and assay office mark, or is this the only mark?

Hi Elena,

Assume only maker’s mark and no assay marks. Looking at the maker’s mark it could be Dutch and perhaps one of the maker’s marks of (malformed); Antonie & Jacobus Johannes ( Brothers) Driesen, city of Schoonhoven registered 1870/1910.

Please check for yourself and draw your own conclusions or keep on comparing to find a more perfect match. I know you can and keep us informed. Thanks.

Hello, dear Oel!

As usual I am very grateful for you help! I supposed what my spoon is from Holand, bud I was not sure of this, as it bears no others marks for silver items. Thank you very much! Best regards, Elena.
