Judaica Spice Tower - German marks?

Would appreciate any help in identifying the hallmarks on this spice tower. Are they Stuttgart 18th/19th century? The marks appear to be horses but cannot tell for sure. The other mark appears to read "Eilort" or something similar, would that be a maker? Thanks in advance for any help!
