Sterling Silver Dinner Ring With Unknown Maker's Mark

I have zero leads as to the maker's mark.
As shown in the picture, this ring is stamped "STERLING" and the letter "M" ending in an arrow inside of a heart. I was thinking that it almost looked like the zodiac symbol for Scorpio inside of a heart.
Any clues?
