Small teapot

Hi, I found this small teapot and I tried to idetify origin, but without much luck. It has two headed eagle in rhomb (I guess it's mark for country, but I didn't find any similar) and below it has four squares containing letters "W', "&", "G" and "crossed hammers". The number "145" is also on inside of lid.
Any help is appreciated.

thank you very much for your help, it really gave me good starting point for my investigation
