is this Austrian

Ive been told this Cigarette box is Austrian, but i dont know if it is, or the date, there is also a makers mark DM but i havent got a clue how this could be, please help

Ive been told that the makers mark DM could be for ....... 'DM' for Dominicus Muller
I dont know , anyone with any ideas

Actually, the elongated frame around the Diana, with the number below, looks more like a Hungarian mark to me. The Austrian marks will have the number for the silver content and city on the left and right sides. Have a look, perhaps, at the entry for Hungary in the "World Hallmarks" page here:
