Is this a navajo silver cuff ?

I have come across a number of what I believe to be navajo native american silver items. The cuff is the only one with a mark on it. I have looked all over and cant find out who made it. Any information would be appreciated

Certainly looks Navajo, but I can't find that hallmark. Could it be a bird (and you have it upside down)?
