Eagle Stamp 213

I can not quite make out the designer name but have any of you ever seen an Eagle Stamp 213?

The hallmark book shows AAF and Alfredo Villasana use 213 but obviously others do since this isn't either of those names. It looks like Sterling, 925, something, around Taxco. Sometimes if you can get some tracing paper in there and do a pencil rubbing the other letters become readable.

I just purchased a ring with the same markings and would love to know what you find out. Would also love to see a photo of this ring if you could post one. Mine looks very much like the artist was influenced by Matl, although obviously it is not one of hers. Thank you.
