I have a sterling silver Concorde money clip with the Lion passant sterling designator, the Anchor confirming Birmingham as the city of manufacture and the script "L" which confirms 1985 as the date it was made. HOWEVER, I cannot "decode" the pictorial manufaturer's mark, which appear to be initials within a shield-like shape: TL on the left and DP on the right. Can anyone give me a hand in deciphering this mark? THANKS!
