Sorry the images are messed up. But anyhow if you see the tankard the marks on the date mark is m believe it is London 1747 , but I am trying to determine the maker and it looks like Rc to me but I am not sure almost looks like cRc?

I'm going to assume that your dating is correct, as the photo isn't that clear. As for a maker - your maker's mark is in Script font. The first letter is R, and we can just see a part of another letter.

I'm personally punting for Ben Godfrey, mark entered 1739, as his mark is RG in Script form, and he's from the correct date period. See Jackson's 3rd edition, page 192, far left column, fourth from the top.

I am open to correction though!
