Born 1806.
Christening record for St Mary, Whitechapel dated 29th January 1806.
1851 UK Census for 5 Jewin Crescent as a master silversmith employing 6 men.
1861 UK Census at the same address as a silvermith.
1871 UK census at the same address as a silversmith employing 2 men and 2 boys.
Died 1875.
England & Wales Death Index for London City register dated 1st quarter 1875.
National Probate Calendar Principal Registry dated 22nd March 1875. Died 21st January 1875. Last address Jewin Crescent. Value of estate under £1000.

7 June 1820 Walter son of Diederick Morisse late of High Street White Chapel in Middlesex sugar refiner deceased apprenticed to Richard Walker of Paul's Alley Redcross Street in London silversmith.

127. Edwards, James Hayward, son of Samuel and Harriet, of 9 Hare Court, Aldersgate St: to Walter Morisse, silversmith and polisher, of 5 Jewin Crescent. 7 yrs, £25. 5 Oct. 1842

Father, from Trowbridge, was a sailor, and has bad eyesight. Free of the Goldsmiths’ Company.
