Hi Silverstork,

Your photo is not very clear. No entry for NK 44, only can find DK 44 mark; for the children of Antonius Hendrikus; city of ‘s- Hertogenbosch; mark used 1845-1868. You asked for the fair market price of this fish spoon. I believe you know best because you just bought the spoon and we are not allowed to talk money at this forum. Do your own homework; weight, fineness of the spoon, world fine silver price, now you can calculate its pure silver price. Search the auction sites for more information. In Holland we say; what ever a fool is willing to pay. Good luck.

Regards,

Oel

Hello Oel,

probably the makersmark is a little faded and the n could be a D.

Thanks!
