Small snuff box 1816?, T.W

Dear All, I offer for comment this plain, quite conventional snuff box. The worn marks seem to read:- Duty mark: Sponsor T.W: London date letter of 1816 and the passant below these.

Please could my interpretation be confirmed or corrected and the sponsor identified, as I cannot confidently match to any examples seen. Thank you.

Hi,

I think that's a Birmingham mark for 1802 with the anchor worn away. Thomas Willmore was known to have made snuff boxes.
