10cm Norwegian Teaspoon

I have this small norwegian flower pattern (I think) teaspoon wich is marked with 830S and then a small cross like symbol that I cannot trace.
Hopefully someone can give me some clues.

I do not think this is norwegian (even if 830S). I have never seen this pattern in Norway or the mark.

I have looked at the pattern again and you could be right that it is not Norwegian.
Everything else is confirmed Norwegian Silver.
I thought this was the same as 10 other small spoons.
I can now see that the pattern is different.
It was almost certainly bought in Bergen but looks like it could be from another country.
