Hello and thank you all in advance.
I recently came into contact with this spoon in a batch of random mixed spoons. My girlfriend bought a bunch for her jewellery making. This particular spoon caught our eye, and we wanted to know more about it. We're not looking for an appraisal (as its against the rules), we're just extremely curious of its origins/age.
The only real identifying mark is just a plain 830s in very small print, no other identifying marks can be found on it. We have no idea of its age (though we would like to know).
The bowl appears to be engraved, and reads "Sigill : Hepric : Dei (maybe an L?) : Gratia : Stavar : Grensis : Epi"
Image depicts a priest like figure or Shepard?
The top depicts a crowned man.
Images included. (cropped, but still very large)

I have higher and native resolution images available.
Thanks again. Sorry if this is the wrong place.
