In need of some help!

I found a few candleholders that are marked with this stamp. There arent any additional stamps, but i hope to find out if the pieces can possibly be full silver, or if they are plated. I didnt bring a camera when i went to look on the pieces, so this is all i got for now.

Plaqué is French for plated.
