Double marked match safe looking for maker

I have a match safe that is marked on both sides and can't determine the maker. Thanks in advance for the help

From image 8728a, the readable marks (as you may well have found by now) are Birmingham, before May 1st 1890. The sponsor mark looks something like Minshull & Latimer. The other marks are a total mystery.
