Hi there. Sadly not- Devlin's mark was in an oval punch, and with no pellet. His earlier mark was simply SLD.
Incidentally, these are not British hallmarks. The mark on the right is the European Convention control mark, which is legally recognised in this country, but the piece was made for export and marked in Dublin (the mark to the right of the makers mark denotes this).
I imagine a call to the Dublin Assay Office will put you on the right track.
