Here is a piece of sterling jewelry that I wouldn't call high quality, but it's not absolutely terrible either. My guess is that the mark is FE which matches the drawing that was filed with the USPTO in 1990 by Far East Jewelry Expeditors INDIVIDUAL Suite #905 412 West 6th Street Los Angeles CALIFORNIA 90014
