Help with identifying a silver pocket watch.

Hello i am trying to verify a half hunter pocket watch for my mum, Ive done a little research and from the marks i think it is a 1900 sterling silver, Chester, Isaac Jabez Theo Newsome watch, I would be extremely grateful if someone could tell me if i am right and if not what do the marks mean.
