Please Help Me Identify This Tiffany UK Mark

I have a Tiffany & Co Star Bracelet with UK Marks and have looked over the website but can not find an answer.

Can anyone please help me identify where and when it was manufactured from the Marks.

Hi.
To me the year of manufacture is 1999, London the assay office.
I presume you either know this mark or have been previously told that it is Tiffany
so will not comment.

thank you very much for answering the question. I thought the Assay Mark was London but on all the lists I looked at London did not use Z as a date Letter.

The Tiffany T & Co mark was registered with the USPTO in 2010 with the claim that it was first used in commerce in 1999.
