Another spoon...

sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, i don't have much knowledge when it comes to this stuff, but here we have a spoon that reads nickel silver i just wanna know if that means it's plated, thanks.

No, it means it's not silver. However, it doesn't mean that it's not plated, either.
