Pyramid shaped mark, FVM and DF

This was given to me by my late grandmother. I cant really find anything like this on the net anywhere.

The DF is for Distrito Federal aka Mexico City. No eagle mark dates it prior to 1948. The mark is mentioned in the hallmark book but with no further info. It's more common to not be able to find a name for a maker than it is to find one.
