Hi,

Here are the maker and city information you requested:

Maker (capitals): KKOY (Kultakeskus Oy)
Purity: 813H (this is how finnish silver objects are marked, 813 for purity and H for silver)
City: Kultakeskus Oy has their factory in Hämeenlinna (1897- ).

Regards,
Juhana
