It may just be me and I can't really see the mark well enough anyway, but is there any chance that this is an Howard mark?

Hi everyone.

Tough call, but I'd say Krider.

Hi Pat.

We value your opinion.
Always good to question marks, especially with a picture that's not real clear.

Thank You so much guys! I also think that it is a Krider, but what about the Pattern of year, I have been going nuts trying to find out! I really appreciate any input, and the previous input from you! Thanks!

Hi ~ Not all designs have a pattern name, especially those that were not full-line patterns. Your picture is not clear enough on my monitor, but it looks like it might be one of the numerous circa 1880 engraved designs on a simple Antique pattern handle, have seen some exceptional engraved pieces by Krider and other Philly makers. May have had a factory designation (probably numerical) at some point, but very unlikely it could be tracked down now.....
