Hi, I did research on this Salt Cellar and I believe it is sterling from city of london but not sure who the maker is. It could be Edward Farrell or Edward Feline. I like to also know the date of this peace and whose on the duty mark since it is so worn out.

It is Edward Farrell date letter o for 1829 George IV is on the duty mark
