Assist with sterling mark - thank you!

Hello, please, does anyone recognize this mark? I'm not coming up with anything in my reference books- perhaps I have not oriented the mark correctly. Mark is pictorial- words say "sterling" and "copyrighted". Many, many thanks!

Well, I think this is the first time I hav replied to one of my own posts, but I believe this mark is for Towle- Lion with a T- corroboration anyone? Thanks again!
