Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

That mark will not identify the maker. The mark that you have shown identifies a former owner of the piece, in this case most likely a shipping line.

A close inspection of the item will hopefully reveal more marks.

hi.. thanks for the help. Actually we found this item in a well, somewhere in Bataan Philippines and together with other silverwares like silver kettle, pitcher, pot, mugs and other kitchenware and we suspect this was antiques.
i'll send to you other pictures if you want.

Hi,

Yes, It would be good to see the photos of the other items, and if you could capture images of any marks it would be of great help, also a clear image of the shipping line mark may lead to identification.

Hi,

Many thanks for posting the images. What an extraordinary find! I would love to know the reason why they were dumped down a well.

Is it possible to capture any images of the maker's marks?

Take a look through this forum for cleaning tips: viewforum.php?f=34

All of these pieces look like hotel or restaurant ware from the 1930s. Perhaps it was dumped down a well to hide it from invading forces during the war and never reclaimed.
