American 7Bar Toast Rack , Anyone Know Maker & Date?

Can anyone assist with this toast rack , maker and a possible date? Pretty difficult to get a photograph of the makers mark so I hope someone can recognise from this image. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Trev, not an exact match but I think you are right, no other mark I can see to date it to a year but maker is a great help, Thanks once again, appologies for late reply.
