PLEASE Help Identify this Hallmark!

Hello, Please someone tell me what this is before I go crazy! I have finally given up searching! It is a four leaf clover inside a horseshoe. I've searched for about 3 days now! No time to start with and I'm spending so much of it looking for the maker of these cufflinks! Thanks in advance!

Hello.

I think that is one of the marks used by Parks Bros. & Rogers Providence, Rhode Island (1892-1930).

Are these cufflinks? To me they look like buttons.
