Possible Birmingham Hallmark ??

Hopefully a viewable attachment. The anchor on top of the hallmark leads me to Birmingham but can't identify the rest of the marks. This is on a goblet but possibly plated and not sterling. Have attached 2 pictures. Thanks to all. Jon

Just a guess and probably not a very good one, but Gorham is the first things that pops into my mind.
