Hi Miles,

I don't recognise the mark, but the only 'MC' I can think of who was working at this period was Michael Cormick of 20, Parliament Street, Dublin. Quarter Brother 1760, Freeman 1762, Died 1780. Maybe an alternative to his known mark?

Is that a hook end or is it just cut square?

Regards Trev.

Thanks, Trev.

It's a hook end ladle. Do you know if there any MGs in Dublin at the time?

Not that I'm aware of.
