hi there,
i believe that is the mark of Rogers & Spurr Manufacturing Company of Greenfield,Massachusetts established in 1879 as Flatware Manufacturers.
maybe someone else can confirm this, as the reference mark i have is slightly different.

Hi Jack and Cornishtin,

It's the mark of Reeves & Sillcocks of New York. They became known as Reeves & Browne sometime before 1904.
