Hayes & Finch - Liverpool - 1905

William Hayes and James Finch formed their partnership in 1882 from premises in Old Leeds Street, Liverpool. They were, and still are, suppliers of all forms of church requirements.

They became a limited liability company in 1905, the same year as they opened a purpose built factory in Vernon Street, Liverpool, that became their headquarters until 1969.

Shortly after 1905, William Hayes left the business and James Finch continued on his own, but retaining the original name. The firm is still run by the decendants of James Finch.
