Need help with maker please

I found this tea infuser metal detecting and was curious to what the maker was. Any help would be appreciated. Here are the pictures:

I believe this is the mark of Watrous Mfg. Co. of Wallingford, CT. They were one of the companies which became part of International Silver in the late 1800s.
