Unknown city hallmark presumably German cica 1860

On the cup there is an iscription in German for the winner of shooting competition dated 1864. Please help me find out what city it is from.

It is a F - probably like Fürth?

I came along similar piece, bearing the same hallmarks. Below I show you the pictures of it. Maybe somehow it will be helpful or interesting for you.

I placed the picture of the inscription on it. Do you think it dates back to 1821 or is it added later on 1921?

In my opinion the engraving "Freiherr von Waltershausen" s. Paten 14. 9. 21" is added in 1921.

I think interesting thing about these two items is that there are no maker's mark on them. Just the city mark and the silver standard numer (12 and 13).

I have a F - mark with a 10
