Spider Web Mark With "W" in Middle on Candle Stick

Hi All, Recently purchased this nice candle stick. It measures 8 1/2' tall and has a spider web mark with a "W" in the middle. I'm pretty sure this is plate but need help with the makers name and dating. Thank you for your help. Bill

That's one of E.G Webster's early silverplate marks.
Likely dates to the late 19th century.
