Please help ID silver bowl hallmarks

Hello good folks,

Thank you for your indulgence, and I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday.

I have come across this silver bowl I am relatively certain is electroplated silver, but peruse your site, as well as others, I cannot id the hallmarks.

Thank you all for this excellent site, and any help you may venture.
