I see from the encyclopedia here that the mark on these two pieces was used from 1872-1933.

My question is more what I would call the style of these pieces?

Sugar bowl and creamer be in an Eclecticism style: A mixture of Renaissance style elements, Baroque style elements, ...

That was - in late XIX century, and stil is - en vogue by New rich economist.

I personally call it disrespectful: Art eclecteau
