Swiss Neuchâtel 813 pierced ladle 1852-1880 - maker needed

This ladle has the following assay mark for Neuchâtel, which I believe dates it 1852-1880:

It has the following Löthige and maker mark:


I would be so appreciative if someone could tell me the maker's name and location.

The maker mark "JJ" is by Johann Jakob Jezler in Schaffhausen (1796 - 1868, Master from 1822). He has made the spoon.
The mark "Neuchatel is a seller mark, it is not yet resolved

Thanks for you quick responses, Stecci; do you have a particular book that you can recommend on Swiss silver? I'm particularly thrilled that the other piece, for which you also identified the maker, was made by a female silversmith, HEGI!

Regarding what you said about Neuchâtel: can you refer me to a printed source for this discussion about the disputed meaning of this marking? My source was, of course, Tardy.

Even though these pieces were originally made in Switzerland, they were hidden from the retreating Nazi forces in Italy towards the end of WWII by a Swiss Baron's widow and children.
