Hi,

It looks like some kind of peeler to me, perhaps for oranges?

It must date pre 1940's as I believe the 'DRGM' (Deutsche Reichs Gebrauchsmuster) mark for design protection was discontinued around that time.

Hello and yes, that is an orange peeler. Dates to late 1920ies until early 1940ies. The pattern seems to be an imitation of a BSF (Bremer Silberwaren Fabrik) pattern. Best wishes, Bahner
