J E Caldwell Sugar Bowl 3 Markings Any Info Appreciated

Hello~Can anyone help me to identify this piece made by J E Caldwell? There are 3 markings that I don't know what they mean. Please note that the word 'Sterling' is not showing clearly due to the flash. The word is stamped just as the word silver.

Hello.

J E Caldwell was the retailer who sold the piece.
The Watson Company used that set of marks. Check here:
