Can anyone ID Country&Maker of 930 Sterling Coffee Pot?

Can someone assist in identifying the origin of this coffee pot? It is marked "930 Sterling" and has a small mark, looks like a butterfly or an upside down bird. I initially thought it was a Mexican eagle mark but it is not. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

It kind of looks like a dove with an olive branch to me.
The bars on the side of the 930 remind me of pieces from Peru I have seen.
