Ring with smoky quartz? Can't find hallmark listed anywhere

Hello~I have a ring that looks to have a smoky quartz stone and I have searched all over to find the hallmark but have been unable to identify it. I appreciate and thank you for your help.

The hallmark book shows Eagle 93 with the mark J-S but no further info on the artisan. Most Mex artisans can't be identified.
