Need Help identifying a Spoon. Country and Date Please

I am unable to identify this mark, there is only one mark on the spoon. Thank you for your help!

If it's any help I would think it is British manufacture as the spoon back (pic 2) appears to be UK Royal coat of arms.
I do not recognize what appears to be a representation of Poseidon as the mark. sorry.
