Yes, though it's upside-down in the photo. It's the mark of Viúva de A. Cabral, Lda., in Amadora, a city contiguous with Lisbon. Though the firm dates back to at least 1929, this particular mark was not registered until 1966 after Cabral's death (Viúva = "Widow").
