SH&Co. mark on 13 loth candlesticks

Has anyone seen this mark before? I find hardly any references to this maker. They appear on this set of candlesticks and kiddush cup, which is also dated 1855 on the plaque.

I posted pictures in the American coin silver section of a basket with the marks "S.H&Co", with the number 13 above it, and a stock number. I wonder if this piece might be made by the same company? However, I've searched the entire piece, and there is no loth mark. It seems the piece I have is similar in design to this company, but the marks are not exactly consistent.
